Thanks for your interest in joining us for the Festival for Creative Pianists in person program from August 5th - 8th in Montpelier, VT. Please complete the form below to apply. Once we receive your enrollment request, we’ll be in touch to discuss your eligibility and next steps.

There are four festival access/participation options to choose from in 2026:

• In-Person Participant ($250 pass): access to all festival events, includes group coaching session with participants preparing 10-15 minutes or repertoire, option to submit written composition or other creative project for feedback.

• Adult Learner Participant ($100 pass): access to all festival events, special group performance/creativity session where participant perform 5-7 minutes of repertoire or share a creative work in process. Learn more about the Critical Response Process method that will be used during this session. Option to submit written composition or other creative project for feedback.

• Virtual Participant ($125 pass): live streaming and recording links, plus a special virtual group coaching session, option to submit written composition or other creative project for feedback.

• Limited Workshops and Concerts Only ($60 pass): a great way for piano teachers and community members to attend and support the festival while still having the option to observe group coaching.

• Community Piano Recital Participant Only (no pass needed!): all festival participants perform in the final piano recital to cap off the festival experience, but this year, we are opening this recital up to anyone in the community who wishes to perform! All performers still need to enroll below.

Community members (non-participants) can also join us for concerts on Thursday and Friday evenings, workshops on Saturday morning, and the Community Piano Recital on Saturday afternoon.
